- We will not allow ANY deep frying in a tent, or a trailer without an fire suppression system. This violation is non-negotiable, you will not be allowed to operate without proper deep frying systems.
- We want to find ways to increase your business. We had some success last year with offering ads in our daily program. For only $10 per day, we will run a coupon in the program. When you return your application, let us know what sort of offer you want to run; free drink with purchase, 2 for 1's, discounts, etc.. We also do "mentions" on our PA system when we have available time as part of the $10. Such a deal!
- Please make sure your cash register is in good operating order. Those Z tapes have to be accurate and on time.
