Facility Rental Form - Use this form if you want to rent any of our facilities
Fair Vendor Application - Use this form if you want to sell or exhibit something at the Fair
Fair Camping Application - Use this form when you want to reserve a camp site during the Fair
Interim Camping Application - Use this form when you want to reserve a camp site any time other than the Fair. This form does not work for any non-fairgrounds sponsored event, like the music festivals
Storage Contract - Use this form if you want to store a vehicle at the fairgrounds over the Winter
Standard Services Agreement - Everyone that performs a service at the fairgrounds that are paid a fee, must complete this agreement and have the Fair Manager sign it before the work is performed
Horse Arena Agreement - Any person that wants to use the horse arena, whether they are a part of a larger group or not, must fill out this agreement and turn it into the Fair office before using the arena
Workers Comp Exemption - If you are a judge, entertainer, or other independent contractor, performing a service for the fairgrounds, this form needs to be completed and returned before performing that service
Volunteer Application - Would you like to be a volunteer at the fairgrounds? Fill this form out
Release of Liability - This form needs to be completed by most anyone who has something to do with the fairgrounds, especially if they are participating in a contest or physical activity
Insurance Requirements - This form explains what sort of insurance is required for your activity and what we need from you to prove it
After Event Check List - Use this list to make sure you return the facility in its original condition. Otherwise damages and costs will be taken from your deposit

BOE 410D - This form is from the State Board of Equalization and needs to be completed if you are selling something on the fairgrounds
